Welcome to the fabulous Florida Keys and the 11th Annual Southeast Florida Regional Climate Leadership Summit.  On behalf of Monroe County, it is our great honor to host you during this 3 day Summit event.  

The theme of this year's Summit, "Bridging the Gap", reflects the Southeast Florida Regional Climate Change Compact's commitment to bridge the gap between climate change and resiliency.  You will hear from panels of Compact County administrators and elected officials, private industry leaders, state and federal agencies, subject matter experts and stakeholders about climate change and the varied resilience approaches addressing the inherent challenges presented by climate change.  The Summit will not only highlight regional progress in climate leadership, but also facilitate conversations about initiatives crucial to ensure our region's future resilience. 

The Southeast Florida Regional Climate Change Compact is a recognized leader in regional collaboration on these challenging and salient issues.  We are honored to have you join us and hope to provide Keys-style inspiration and unmatched hospitality during your visit.  We wish you a most enjoyable and informative 2019 Summit and offer the beauty of Monroe County and fabulous Florida Keys.
